In a cacao ceremony the group shares a warm drink made from ceremonial cacao – much stronger than hot chocolate, without milk and barely sweetened. Many describe it as heart-opening and gently energising. Around the drinking there is usually an intention, meditation, music, dance or a sharing circle. How much cacao do you drink?
